Product was delivered but a small piece was broken during shipping. I send an email asking for assistance and to my surprise, the owner of the company, Johnathan called me with 10 minutes and was able to troubleshoot the issue and solve for it. This was at 9pm on a Friday evening. Incredible customer service and I would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

After owning a Plunge all in one for over a year and having continuous issues with it, I decided to try out the SISU All-In-One Cold Plunge, and the difference is night and day. The rotomolded and insulated build makes it far more efficient, allowing the chiller to run less frequently while maintaining cold temperatures. Unlike my old unit, SISU’s superior insulation and solid gasket-sealing lid prevent heat loss, reducing energy consumption and maintenance. I'm very pleased with my plunge set up. The tub is roomy, and really seals, it takes some effort to get it open. The chiller works well, I live in South Florida with recent ambient daytime temperatures in the mid 70s, and it gets down to 45 quite easily. I've not tried going below that yet. Jonathan and Nick have been very responsive, getting back to me quickly to answer questions. I love having the convenience of my own plunge system readily available, looking forward to this journey

I actually bought the whole cold plunge system. I love my plunge, it's huge. I am 5'1, my bf is 5'10, there is so much space in there. It give me more then enough of room to soak my whole body. I deal with inflammation and this cold plunging has been helping out a lot.
Anytime I contacted SISU with questions they called back immediately. I didn't have to wait all day or the next. They are also very pleasant and helpful on the phone. I 200% recommend buying your system through them.

The only negative part of this is that shipping and delivery was not instant. Once it arrived, I have used it every day for a few weeks. The tub and chiller are MUCH better than the cheap tub and 100 lbs of ice I was using everything. So far, everything appears to be quality. Their customer service was extremely responsive when I was asking about the status of it being shipped. Would recommend.

We started cold plunging in LI Sound a few years ago, then graduated to a farm tub in driveway with ice, and finally when mid summer ice-making grew too onerous, we jumped to the SISU. The convenience is extreme compared to ice making. And that of course leads to more regular dunking which is a very wonderful thing, if you like the idea of having super powers. We haven't used it that long because we were away some but so far we are very impressed with it, no issues at all. I'd be happy to review further in detail after 2 months if SISU reaches out. I am currently training for my third marathon and have seen such a big difference in cold plunging for recovery. I got tired of buying bags of ice, and needed something I could quickly use every day-- I am OBSESSED with my sisu!! Highlyyy recommend if you're looking to make this a part of your wellness routine. Also a huge bonus is everything is fully insulated and ip67 rated!

Being a competitive pickleball player, finding a cold plunge that aids with muscle soreness and recovery was crucial. The Sisu cold plunge has exceeded my expectations.
